Help getting my published Registry extensions to appear in ComfyUI-Manager

Hi, I wanted to ask here in case someone already knows how this is supposed to work.

I published these 4 extensions to the Comfy Registry using the official publish_action.yml GitHub Actions method:

• https://github.com/andreszs/ComfyUI-Ultralytics-Studio
• https://github.com/andreszs/ComfyUI-OpenPose-Studio

They already appear as published in my Registry publisher page, but they do not show up in ComfyUI-Manager:

I also opened issues here in case it helps with context:

Does anyone know whether there is some extra step after publishing that is needed for Manager visibility?

For example, I am wondering whether this depends on:

• manual approval
• delayed sync/indexing
• cache refresh
• some metadata requirement
• or any other separate process

I would appreciate any clarification, because right now the nodes seem to be successfully published, just not exposed through Manager.
