[feature]: Allow including assets based on Snippets

🚀 Feature description

I have a use case where I want to include files that are specified in a code block based on https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/reference/code-blocks/?h=files#embedding-external-files. I only want the files that are included in the snippets to be included as I do not want to whitelist the whole file extension.
