Description

@kosuri-indu

Hello @yolhan83,

As part of a NumFOCUS Small Development Grant Project Work focused on the JuliaHealth ecosystem, I reviewed BloodFlowTrixi.jl to assess documentation and community signals across packages. BloodFlowTrixi.jl is a technically solid and actively developed package, and the findings below are purely informational and surfaced through a standardized ecosystem audit.

Findings from the audit

Community & governance

  • No CONTRIBUTING.md file detected
  • No CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file detected

CI & quality signals

  • No code coverage reporting detected

Code style & formatting

  • No documented code style or formatter configuration detected
    • Consider adding a .JuliaFormatter.toml file to document and standardize formatting

README completeness

  • README score: 6 / 8
  • Missing or incomplete elements:
    • No Usage / Examples / Quick Start section demonstrating how to run a simulation
    • No Contributing section linking to CONTRIBUTING.md

References (JuliaHealth templates)

Please let me know what you would prefer:

  • I can open small PRs to add a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, a .JuliaFormatter.toml or address any of the above items, or
  • You would prefer to handle these changes yourselves

Thanks again for maintaining and contributing such a valuable package to the ecosystem!

~ indu
