Supported metrics for Microsoft.Sql/managedInstances

The io_bytes_read, io_bytes_written, and io_requests metrics are averages aggregated over a 15-second interval, and further aggregated using the time granularity interval and aggregation selected in the Azure Monitor metrics explorer.
