When an application calls SQLParamOptions through an ODBC 3.x driver, the call
SQLParamOptions(hstmt, crow, piRow);
will be mapped to two calls of SQLSetStmtAttr as follows:
SQLSetStmtAttr(hstmt, SQL_ATTR_PARAMSET_SIZE, crow, 0);
