Apply Microsoft Writing Style Guide improvements

- Replace 'This/This/This' with varied subject pronouns (configuration, approach, feature, etc.)
- Change passive voice to active voice where appropriate
- Add contractions for conversational tone (can't)
- Improve clarity with consistent terminology
