[Problem/Bug]: The Intermediate D3D Window may not be created, causing the web page content to not display.

What happened?

Based on WinForm, using the webview2 control, running the program without changing the code, and viewing the window hierarchy through the spy++ tool, it was found that the Intermediate D3D Window might not be created, resulting in the web page content not being rendered at all.

Importance

Blocking. My app's basic functions are not working due to this issue.

@Navdeep-ss any news on this issue?
We also encountered cases where Intermediate D3D Window was not created. In our case the content is rendered but this causes a severe accessibility bug where Tab key presses are not handled by the right control in hierarchy thus focus is not moved properly between controls.
