[Problem/Bug]: HTTP requests fail with net::ERR_FAILED

What happened?

We are facing an issue in our Office.Js addins, only in the Desktop version of Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and only with the mentioned runtime version.
Sometimes the HTTP requests to out backend services fail on the client side without even reaching our infrastructure, with the error net::ERR_FAILED.
The issue did not start for all users at the same time, but rather over the past few days, depending on when their Runtime was updated to version 145.
When forcing the older runtime version via the WEBVIEW2_BROWSER_EXECUTABLE_FOLDER environment variable, the issue does not occur.
When using the web versions of the Office applications, the issue is not present.

Importance

Blocking. My app's basic functions are not working due to this issue.

@lucadom and @developervarun , thanks for sharing the logs. We looked at net logs shared. We were not able to get sufficient details to root cause.
Is there a repro that can be shared?
If not, can you share ETW logs as well? It would be helpful if we can get the netlogs and etw log of working and non-working case.
I see @developervarun mentioned working build is 145.0.3800.65. Can you confirm this is case?

@ambikakunnath, Users first reported the issue on February 21, following the release of version 145.0.3800.70 on February 20.
I just tested on 144.0.3719.115, and it works as expected.

Not very sure about 145.0.3800.65 (released on 17th February), as none of the users reported any issues during this period.

I would like to share the additional logs via email, if that helps.
