memory: node should also have ram-start and ram-size attributes

The memory: node (https://open-cmsis-pack.github.io/cmsis-toolbox/YML-Input-Format/#memory) can be used to define a custom flash algorithm (FLM) to be used in the project. It also should provide attributes for the ram-start and ram-size values, which could be relevant for the flash algorithm to function correctly.

Note, that today the first default RAM memory is specified in the cbuild-run.yml file. For most use cases this should be sufficient.

Question: This is a TZ enable device - is there anything special required e.g. using secure memory?

This is the current mechanism for setting the default RAM:

default ramstart/size: use the first memory with default=1 and rwx attribute
if not found, use ramstart/size from other algorithm in DFP
if still not found, throw the error "no default rwx memory nor algorithm with ramstart/size was found"

I am using STM32H750 with a custom algorithm for QSPI Flash. I checked the cbuild-run.yml and it shows this allocation:
Start: 0x20000000
Size: 0x00008000

cbuild-run.yml:

The size I needed to use in Keil uVision is:
Start: 0x20000000
Size: 0x00020000

So this allocation needs to be defined in the project settings csolution.yml, because I believe the cbuild-run.yml is auto-generated. Is that correct?
