idea: rich for fancier CLI displays

i would like this program to have a nicer than usual cli display style which could include colors tables and so on. rich is probably the best for this. (this is just me being eccentric about having something that looks cool while doing its business)

my initial thought was to use this to display classical red-green diff text when evaluating the latest scrape vs the last previously saved xslx file.
