Announcing PicoCAS a tiny Mathematica-like computer algebra system

Hi All,

PicoCAS implements much of the Mathematica pattern matcher and soon should be able to run Rubi:

Note that running Rubi is not a goal of PicoCAS, but it would be nice if it had the necessary pattern matching and algebraic capabilities to at least run a subset of Rubi.
