Caution

The markAsNotJunk API is deprecated and will stop returning data on December 30, 2025. Going forward use the reportMessage API.

Mark a message as not junk. This API removes the sender from the list of blocked senders and moves the message to the Inbox folder, when moveToInbox is true.

Choose the permission or permissions marked as least privileged for this API. Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. Authorization Bearer {token}. Required.
Content-Type application/json. Required.

Request body

In the request body, provide a JSON object with the following parameters.

Parameter Type Description
moveToInbox Boolean True moves the message to the Inbox folder.

Response

If successful, this method returns a 202 Accepted response code and a message object in the response body.

Example

Request

The following request moves the specified message from the Junk Email to the Inbox folder and removes the sender from the list of blocked senders.
