Update the properties of a softwareOathAuthenticationMethodConfiguration object, which represents the third-party software OATH authentication method policy for the Microsoft Entra tenant.

In the request body, supply a JSON representation of the softwareOathAuthenticationMethodConfiguration object with the values of fields that should be updated.
