Consolidate source codes/move them here

• https://github.com/TinyWebEx/AutomaticSettings/blob/main/EnvironmentalOptions.js is somehow related, though it would be fine if it is only for options
• https://github.com/TinyWebEx/EnvironmentDetector could be related from a shallow look, though it is about non-browser identifiers (width etc.), so maybe not relevant? Also IIRC the popup detection is kinda broken anyway.
