With Voiceover in Safari aria-describedby is read correctly, but with Voiceover in Chrome it is not. It behaves as if the information does not exist.

I think it would be convenient to provide the information for Voiceover in Chrome since the table is limited only to Safari and there are many users who use Voiceover with Chrome
