FAQ Page: some link updates

Hi,

I found a few funky links on the FAQ page that need updating:

1. How should I interpret results? How do I know if it's okay to use a feature? > Bullet 7
   The link to Inclusive Design Principles has the wrong extension and leads you to a page with an ad.

   Correct link: https://inclusivedesignprinciples.INFO

2. How should I interpret results? How do I know if it's okay to use a feature? > Bullet 9
   Bad markdown for the link to "normative accessibility supported conformance requirement"

   Correct link: (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG/#cc4)

3. How do I get bugs fixed? > Report issues with browsers
   Edge Issue tracker link gives 404: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/platform/issues/
   I don't have a new link for this one, sorry.
