fix: remove outdated flaky test script for pgjson

This commit deletes the `check_flaky_pgjson_test.sh` script which was used to determine the flakiness of the pgjson explain test. The script is no longer necessary as the checks and assertions for flakiness have been incorporated into the testing suite, streamlining our CI pipeline.
