Add CopyFunc custom resource (#48)

* Add CopyFunc custom resource

The CopyFunc Custom Resourcewas removed in a prior PR.
This meant that the CopyFunc was not invoked,
so the files are not uploaded to the S3 bucket.

* Bump version
