[Agents] Add sendEmail() docs and update email page for Email Service (#29954)

Port the email docs updates from the agents-repo PR #1279. Adds sendEmail()
method documentation, deferred replies pattern, error handling section, and
updates terminology from Email Routing to Email Service throughout.
