Replace "open source" wording with "open code" and "source-available"

Following the license change from MIT to O'Saasy (osaasy.dev) in
csa-admin-org/csa-admin@9df91bc, the website should no longer use
the term "Open Source" which has a specific definition governed by
the Open Source Initiative (OSI). The O'Saasy license, while based
on MIT, includes a SaaS competition restriction that doesn't meet
the OSI criteria.

This updates all user-facing text and internal identifiers:

- Feature titles and links now use "Open Code" — a friendly,
  accurate term reflecting that the code is publicly available
- About section and meta descriptions now use "source-available" —
  the recognized industry term for this type of licensing
- Internal YAML keys and ERB references renamed from "opensource"
  to "opencode" for consistency
