Deprecate / Unify with parse-dat-url

Currently dat-link-resolve doesn't support versions or deeplinks, while parse-dat-url doesn't support resolving of http links. Would be nice if there was a tool that supports both. Wouldn't it be a good idea to combine these?

ya we should use parse-dat-url but dat-link-resolve also adds the dat-dns module.

I think dat-link-solve should just aggregate those two modules, if that makes sense?
