add option to store secret key elsewhere

Currently secret key must be stored in home directory. We should be able to pass directory or option to store in the same dir.

Will need to update dat-secret-storage too.

Think I'll fix this by separating out the file storage into another module. Then we can skip the secret key problem by using dat-file-storage directly in dat-node.
