Attract, engage and retain Volunteers across DNF initiatives

Let's devise a plan to attract, engage, and retain volunteers across DNF initiatives and committees.

• Outreach to new members - Setup townhall (quarterly, for example) for new members showcasing opportunities available across the DNF spectrum
• Immediate value should be added to spearheading initiatives. For example, provide 1-year license VS/Gitkraken if you are working on a project requiring writing code.
• Volunteer forums - A discord channel where they can hang out.
• Engaging volunteers on non-US times. Provide a way to meet virtually and engage using Global chapters of DNF.
• Special programs to find outreach volunteers (with marketing skills) who can attract more corporate partners. Recognize their effort for each closed sponsor.

PS: A global chapter, even if lightweight, can be set up in the time zone of interest. For example, the British Computer Society has a New York Chapter, and I am part of it.
