ASP.NET Web Deployment using Visual Studio

This tutorial series shows how to make an ASP.NET web application that uses SQL Server (not SQL Server Compact) available over the internet by deploying it to a Windows Azure Web Site or a third-party hosting provider. Requires Visual Studio 2012 and the ASP.NET and Web Tools 2012.2 Update, or Visual Studio 2010.
