Unable to install with Python 3.14 - Stuck at building wheels

What happens?

Unable to install via pip install duckdb - the installation got stuck at building the wheel

To Reproduce

C:\ducktest\> pip install duckdb

pip install "duckdb==1.4.*" --pre --upgrade

This installs a pre-build (nightly build), since 3.14 isn't officially supported.
