bindbc-sdl don't see SDL2_Image library.

I know, this is a bindbc-sdl loader problem, but some previous versions of engine works fine.
As far as i know, the problem is in the bindbc-sdl's path builder, that does it by compile-time reflection. I couldn't localize this bug at-the-string, because its using template string magic.
I was able to make it work, but the fix is lost somewhere in the code.

It is possible to force global path with SDL2Image.path property in settings.conf (or SDL2Image.path.linux for linux only). This is an equivalent of calling loadSDLImage(somePath). By default Dagon calls loadSDLImage without a path, and bindbc will try to load it from standard locations.
It is important that SDL2_Image has to be linked against the same SDL2 library used by the application, otherwise it will probably fail to load. I find it more convenient to build with "-rpath=$$ORIGIN" linker flag and just put the libraries to the executable folder, like in windows, instead of relying on system-wide installations (then ideally make a flatpak or something for distribution).
