Make the Pod Lifecycle concept page lighter

What would you like to be added

Make the Pod Lifecycle concept page lighter by moving detailed sections into dedicated concept pages, replacing them with summaries and links.

Probes are already being addressed in #55251. I'll go through the remaining sections and evaluate what else makes sense to move out.

Why is this needed

The Pod Lifecycle page covers too many topics in detail, making it difficult for readers to find specific information.

It looks like a good candidate for its own dedicated page.
