Fixed SignedMSWLSW VI for the loggers, Bump LJLogM to v1.09 and LJStreamM to v1.10 (#5)
* Fixed SignedMSWLSW VI for the loggers. This was previously returning a U32 representation, but it now returns an I32 representation (signed 32-bit int). * Bump LJLogM to 1.09 and LJStreamM to 1.10
