Deployment script doesn't detect failed docker commands

Describe the bug

Docker wasn't started, so acr login and docker commands failed

Expected behavior

Expect to breakout of the script showing the error and once the error has been corrected, able to restart.

1. Stop Docker on your local machine
2. Run deployment script
3. Note errors on step 7
4. Note that script completes successfully
