doesn't work with pyenv

This extension got "auto installed" after updating my vscode. broke my dev environment since it doesn't support pyenv. Once I uninstalled it, whatever the IDE's default version picker works nicely with pyenv.

below is the list of python virtual envs without this extension installed (the default behavior in vscode)

this is what the list of python virtual envs looks like after "Python Environments" is installed.

the issue here is that its not detecting my "pyenv" virtual environments after the extension is installed.

Thank you. I can confirm I'm able to see my pyenv virtual env in the "pre-released" version of the plugin!
