Possible Python Traceback issue - M1 Mac Rosetta

This started around your last VSCode newletter update. Instead of a clean exit to the terminal if an error happens I now get spinning beachballs and python is pretty much hosed. I'm running python in Rosetta because PyQt doesn't run in Apple Silicon.

my cut and paste failed somehow, doesn't look like one file but the order is correct, hope you know a little pyqt

Hi! I gave this a try and was not able to repro what you are seeing. Could you describe more of your setup with Rosetta, I have used this before. I am assuming you are talking about https://www.pyrosetta.org/, but let me know if that's not the case. Secondly I gave the script you sent a try on my M2 mac and didn't have any problems- is that what you were saying wasn't working and required Rosetta?
