Cannot build container

[SWICRIOT]

When trying to build and run the container in VS Code I get an error which seem to prevent the build.

This command:
RUN cd /apps && git clone https://github.com/raspberrypi/picotool.git --depth=1
&& cd picotool && mkdir build && cd build && cmake ../ && make -j 8 && cp picotool /usr/local/bin

[SWICRIOT]

In this devcontainer pico-sdk is specified for tag 2.0.0 which does not contain src/rp2_common/boot_bootrom_headers. At the same time picotool is not specified to a specific version and the latest version now expects the above within its CMakeLists: add_subdirectory(${PICO_SDK_PATH}/src/rp2_common/boot_bootrom_headers boot_bootrom_headers)
