Can overview scroll switch windows instead of workspaces?

Hello,

I’m currently using Niri and I have a question about the scroll behavior in overview mode.

By default, when entering overview:

• Scrolling the mouse wheel switches between workspaces
• Shift + Scroll switches between windows in the current workspace

For my workflow, I would prefer the opposite behavior:

• Scroll → switch between windows in the current workspace
• Shift + Scroll → switch between workspaces

In other words, I would like to swap the default scroll actions in overview mode.

Is there any configuration option in config.kdl to change this behavior?
If not, is there a recommended workaround (for example via input remapping), or would this require modifying the source code?

You can't currently rebind it, so probably some sort of input remapping or editing source is needed
