To Reproduce
This typo is not in the public API, but it would be useful to solve for people working with the internals, porting the implementation and/or using spell checkers.

I checked the current main branch and can’t find module_temperaure anywhere in pvlib/modelchain.py.
It looks like the typo has already been fixed upstream, and this issue may be ready to close.
