Removing meetupdotcom entry for Boulder Ruby as we no longer use it (#1195)

* Removing meetupdotcom entry for Boulder Ruby as we no longer are on meetup

* Update name back as we generally call ourselves Boulder Ruby

* Update to just comment it out instead of removing fully per interaction w/ Marco Roth on GH for the PR
