Source file not updated when
<Nullable> changes or when target project is updated from 1.0.x #45
Right now, to get the updated code file, one has to manually delete the target project's
obj/folder, then do a NuGet package restore, i.e. essentially a manual re-install of the package. Can this be made to work automatically?
