CSV2RDF4LOD not set

csv2rdf4lod-automation scripts refer to this page when they were invoked without the CSV2RDF4LOD_ variables set.
The error looks like:
not set; source my-csv2rdf4lod-source-me.sh or see https://github.com/timrdf/csv2rdf.../CSV2RDF4LOD-not-set
If you have [installed csv2rdf4lod-automation](Installing csv2rdf4lod automation), be sure that your current shell has sourced your my-csv2rdf4lod-source-me.sh. This sets the shell environment variables that the automation needs to find its scripts and control the automation process.

$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/cr-create-convert-sh.sh is one script that reports this.
