[up](CSV2RDF4LOD environment variables)

used by $CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/util/pvload.sh when constructing the provenance description of loading an RDF file on the web into a named graph on the "local" SPARQL endpoint. The variable is needed to know what the "local" endpoint is. See Named graphs that know where they came from.
