Publishing conversion results with an AllegroGraph triplestore

Thanks to Joshua Shinavier for helping set up an AllegroGraph instance so we can develop support for it with csv2rdf4lod-automation.

AllegroGraph groups triple stores into groups. We'll go with "production" and "development".
