Replace method, to match `String`

Can we have the equivalent of https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/string/struct.String.html#method.replace for bytes?

I think it'd be unlikely. The Bytes type is for cheap cloning and slicing, not for mutating.

Sure, there's BytesMut which has a different internal representation, but (and I say this as a frequent user of BytesMut) I'd recommend if you need such a method to just start with a String, and then convert that once you've finished mutating it.

Err oops I meant BytesMut. I can't use String because it is not necessary Unicode. (consider it "yolo text", for example it would be OsString on some operating system, but not necessary the current one.)
