Issue Template and Project Board for videos

We have a good template for submitting blog ideas and posts for the Valkey blog. We lack a similar process for teh YouTube Channel

We should duplicate the blog issue template for videos to the Valkey YouTube page and determine an SOP for getting videos out on the Valkey YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@valkeyproject

I think it could and should. I also think GitHub is a good tool for managing so if we need another repository for that, we can create it and I'll admin it.

Okay. I think they are two different issues. If you want to administer the YouTube videos via issues and a project board, do a pull request for a new issue template. Once that's merged we can create the project board super easily.

Finding a place on the website for these is another ball of wax.

I would like a markdown file with a lifecycle for these too (e.g. when does an issue get closed and who does that, etc.)

@pnbrown I think the root is fine.

In the future we probably should reorganize the repo a bit, but the lifecycle markdown location isn't a one-way door (unless you know better).
