有点怪，我看 xmake-repo 都没事么，似乎仅仅只是 xmake l utils.ci.packageskey 执行时候跪了。

感觉和 3.0.4 改动了 hash，把 hash.strhash128 break 了。不过我们 ci 切换到 3.0.0 也还是有这个问题。

感觉像是 xmake 挂了，如果正常退出，是会有 errors logs 的。如果你这能复现，可以确保 cache key 不变的前提下，指向一个 xmake test 测试分支，加点 logs 看下，跪哪里了
