Add a new param, RequireOrganizationLinksExpireInDays, to Set-SPOTenant which is a policy for required organization link expiration. This is the same feature as RequireAnonymousLinksExpireInDays, but for organization links. Also updated the documentation for RequireAnonymousLinksExpireInDays to more accurately reflect the implementation. These changes have been approved by PM srice.
