This pull request implements Glass Displays. This does not add all items or behavior of those glass displays but adds them in the hub, which is the the only implemented island which includes them in the official server.
I've also implemented an InteractionEntity which could be quite useful in the future for handling custom hitboxes. It is used for detecting clicks on the Glass Displays hitbox.
This PR unfortunately also reformats the TypeHubLoader and GUIBiblio as a side-effect which doesn't have any behavioral changes.
