Run the test from auth0-samples/api-quickstarts-tests in GitHub actions. Similar to what we have done in the Auth0 org this is done using a reusable workflow that (in theory) can be copied to other repos and eventually moved into a common shared actions repo.
CircleCI will be removed in a future PR, and it might be worthwhile making the secrets org wide to allow for easier reuse.
