note on this: the previous test failures on this PR indicated that we did encounter the bug and it's captured in our tests. we should be able to write a proper fix to #206 based on that. |

Description
Users reported breakage of the
authzed-nodelib related to ourKnownInsecureChannelCredentialsimplementation (see issue for details). This appears to be related to the v1.13.0 or v1.13.1 release of grpc-js, though it's unclear what part of those releases would be related.Changes
