perf(worker): Eagerly load repository for test analytics reports

Fixes WORKER-Y7H. The issue was that: ReportSession objects fetched without prefetching related report and commit objects, causing N+1 queries during iteration.

• Added .select_related("report__commit__repository") to the fetch_reports_for_commit query.
• This change eager loads the related repository object, reducing subsequent database queries.
• Improves performance when processing test analytics flakes by optimizing data retrieval.
