Code Review
This pull request standardizes API descriptions across multiple Google Cloud client libraries by removing description_override entries in librarian.yaml and updating .repo-metadata.json and README files. Additionally, it removes the warnings-as-errors flag from the documentation build in the Google Analytics Data package. I have no feedback to provide as there were no review comments.
