[João Ferreira]
Engineer with a background in computational mechanics turned ML and data practitioner. I started by building finite element material models in Fortran — my open-source UMAT-ABAQUS framework is used by researchers worldwide — and gradually moved into machine learning, data engineering, and MLOps.
I enjoy bridging the gap between scientific computing and modern ML workflows: building robust pipelines, training models, and deploying them at scale.
