Purpose
This pull request updates the table of contents in the
DeploymentGuide.mdfile to reflect a reorganization of sections.Documentation updates:
docs/DeploymentGuide.md: Consolidated the "Deploy to Azure" and "Post-Deploy Configuration" sections into a single "Deployment" section in the table of contents.Does this introduce a breaking change?
